ABOUT ME

I am a fully qualified and insured Sports Massage Therapist, working out of my home clinic in the Bracknell area. I studied and qualified at St Mary's University, Twickenham, London.

I took this journey as a result of receiving such treatment myself. The treatment reduced pain and improved my range of motion considerably.

The anatomy of the human body and its complexity fascinates me and I think that it is simply amazing how it works. I take great pride in my profession and gain a lot of satisfaction knowing that I can and have helped others in reaching their goals.

In my earlier days I played a good standard of football but was hindered by injuries and my love of playing cut short. My journey into sports massage has taught me about the importance of taking care of and respecting the body in terms of injury prevention, healing post trauma, and rehabilitation.
